Former Asian International Centre for Arbitration (AIAC) director Datuk Sundra Rajoo Nadarajah has claimed trial to three charges in criminal breach of trust involving over RM1 million of the entity’s funds on Tuesday.

Sundra Rajoo also noted to Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi that he is not waiving the legal immunity he claimed to possess.
