합법적 국내 체류 무국적자, 왕복 여행증명서 발급받는다

Stateless people staying in Korea will now be allowed to come back to the country after travelling overseas.
Seoul's foreign ministry has decided that the old policy of only guaranteeing them the right to leave violated their human rights.
The issue surfaced two years ago when an Uzbek professor, who had lived in Korea for 11 years, raised a petition over the travel issue soon after losing his Uzbek citizenship.
