There could be more desertions from Congress's Rank as former UPA Minister Jitin Prasad likely to join BJP. Prasad is considered close to Rahul Gandhi and tipped to be one of the contenders for UP Congress Chief's post currently held by actor turned politician Raj Babbar.

लोकसभा चुनाव 2019 से पहले कांग्रेस नेता और यूपीए सरकार में केंद्रिय मंत्री रहे जितिन प्रसाद बीजेपी का हिस्सा बन सकते है । बता दें कि जितिन प्रसाद के भाई और उनकी पत्नी पहले ही बीजेपी का दामन थाम चुके है और अब जितिन प्रसाद भी पाला बदलने की तैयारी में है ।
