More than 80 people have died after a ferry sank in the Tigris river in Iraq's city of Mosul.
The overloaded vessel was carrying families celebrating the Kurdish new year and Mother's Day.
Reports suggest nearly 200 people were on board.
Officials said many of the dead were women and children who could not swim.
Iraq's prime minister has ordered an investigation.
Authorities had reportedly warned about rising water levels as the gates of the Mosul dam had been opened, and some are accusing the ship operator of ignoring the advice.
