The Dewan Rakyat on Thursday observed a moment of silence to mourn Muhammad Haziq Mohd Tarmizi, the teen who was confirmed as among those killed in last week’s mass shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The moment of silence was observed after Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin proposed to recite the Al-Fatihah for the 17-year-old.
