Former Umno Youth leader Razlan Rafii has claimed that his controversial “tembak” remark should not be taken literally as a call to shoot DAP members and leaders.According to him, the term “tembak” has various meanings.Razlan was speaking to journalists after the police recorded his statement over the matter at Bukit Aman in Kuala Lumpur this morning.He is being investigated under Section 505(C) of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA).
