CARAMELIZED THE SUGAR
TAKE A BOWL & POUR IT AS A LAYER
½ CUP MILK CHENA (MAKING CREAM CHEESE)
BLEND THEM TO SMOOTH
½ CUP YOGURT
2 TABLESPOON POWDER SUGAR
MIX THEM
½ CUP CONDENSED MILK
MIX THE CREAM CHEESE
¼ CUP CUSTARD POWDER
POUR IT OVER THE CARAMEL LAYER
COVER THE BOWL WITH A FOIL
TAKE A PAN & BOIL SOME WATER IN IT
PLACE THE BOWL INSIDE THE PAN & COVER
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 45-50 MIN.
PUDDING IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
