The PM released a video with this title and tweeted "your chowkidar is standing firm and serving the nation but I am not alone. Everyone, who is fighting corruption, dirt, social evils is a chowkidar, everyone working hard for the progress of India is a chowkidar". The video ends with an appeal asking people to join the PM’s "main bhi chowkidar" programme on March 31. The question is with this counter-offensive can the BJP turn Rahul Gandhi’s political attack into a chaiwalla like moment and capture the imagination of the voters as well as their votes?
