Ravi Shankar Prasad Slams Rahul Gandhi For Criticising PM Modi Over China Opposing Masood Azhar Ban- Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday slammed Rahul Gandhi for criticising the Modi government over China opposing the move to ban Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar.
"Rahul Gandhi, you can't decide foreign policy through Twitter. The foreign diplomacy is a serious issue which cannot be determined through tweeting," Ravi Shankar Prasad said.
