Kim said,.... the National Assembly should promptly implement the mixed-member proportional representation system.... despite opposition from the main opposition party.
Also saying how the current administration gives too much power to the presidential office,... he called for reforms especially on appointing personnel.
Kim added,... the administration's policies to "abruptly" increase the minimum wage is suffocating the economy,... demanding a wage freeze for next year.
As for tackling the fine dust problem... Kim called on the government to create a cross-national organization.
He also called on the government to come up with specific measures to boost the birthrate and lower the suicide rate.
