This is called child on child sexual abuse. Unfortunately, it happens more often than we would like. When your child is dropped off at school in the morning, you are putting the care of your child into the care of the school as though they were the parent. They have a duty to make sure that your child is not injured, and particularly, sexual abuse. It doesn't matter if it's a child on child, or adult on child, a child still suffers permanent psychological damage when they've been sexually abused. It's up to the school or whatever care provider, be it a church, wherever you're taking your child for care during the day, daycares, for them to make sure that this does not occur.
