Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said that the renegotiation of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project could conclude in time with Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's trip to China in April.Lim said the government is in the midst of the discussing with the contractor and the government is hopeful that the next round of discussions will come to a settlement for both parties.
