「小牧基地オープンベース 2019」は2019年3月2日(土)、愛知県小牧市の航空自衛隊小牧基地で開催されました。基地開放は8時15分から15時。航空自衛隊のアクロバット飛行部隊、ブルーインパルスが参加、展示飛行しました。小牧基地には、第1輸送航空隊の第401飛行隊C-130H、第404飛行隊KC-767J、救難教育隊のU-125A、UH-60Jが配備されており、これらの機体の参加が恒例となっています。
