A North Korean diplomat has reaffirmed that Kim Jong-un vowed to completely dismantle the Yeongbyeon nuclear complex during the Hanoi summit.
The remarks by North Korea's Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Choe Son-hui on Saturday,... contradict U.S. claims the North was only offering a partial shutdown.
The previous day, Choe said Kim's attitude towards the U.S. may have changed,... adding Kim was surprised by President Trump's way of thinking and negotiating style.
She added,... that if Pyeongyang's demands are met, the situation could change,... but as of now, there was little reason to continue holding talks.
