An oil tanker toppled over on Mumbai-Pune expressway near Khandala exit.The resultant oil spill has caused a huge traffic jam. Highway police have blocked the traffic from both the sides. The traffic has been diverted to the old highway causing bumper to bumper traffic on that alternate route too.
