Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet leaders of political parties on Tuesday to discuss major issues ahead of Budget Session on Parliament.
The exercise is meant to ensure that the Budget Session is smooth after last two sessions were marred by protests that paralysed Parliament, although sources in the Central Government claimed it was not an all-party meeting and that Bills pending in Parliament will not be discussed.
