A student in West Bengal has now been arrested for a Facebook Post. His fault was that he criticised the TMC government. Rohit Pashi, a resident of Malbazar expressed his anguish against TMC on his Facebook profile and it landed him in jail. He allegedly wrote that TMC doesn't stand by those in need. TMC leader Pulin Goldar filed Defamation Charges against him and the arrest followed.
