In yet another incident of lapse in prime minister’s security, a 20-year-old woman was detained by Delhi Police on Wednesday for crossing a barricade put up on a route to PMO. She refused to clear the way for PM Narendra Modi's convoy. Deputy Commissioner of Police Jatin Narwal said the woman ran across the barricade on the Race Course Road around 2.15 pm and broke a flower pot in the process.
