An ex BSF jawan has poisoned himself in broad daylight at the Haryana secretariat. The jawan alleged that his teenage daughter was being raped by khargoda cops in Haryana. His last wish was that a probe be conducted by the CBI. But though the Haryana DGP says that investigations are on, there has been no action against the cops at the concerned police station so far.
