An appeal filed by actor Shiney Ahuja against his March 2011conviction and seven-year jail sentence in a rape case filed in 2009 by his maid came up for final hearing at the Bombay high court on Friday . Ahuja's conviction was by a fast-track court in Sewri.The actor, known for his role in the film Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, has been out on bail since April 2011. His appeal said the trial judge "wrongly arrived at the guilty verdict".
