BJP today slammed the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar for withdrawing a case against Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Yadav, his two minister sons and others. Mr Yadav and his sons had been charged for vandalism and stopping government officials during an RJD-sponsored strike last year in the case. "Did the state government take permission from Patna High Court which is hearing a case before withdrawing the case in the lower court?" senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi asked in a statement.
