India and Pakistan hold NSA-level meeting in Bangkok

It’s a major tactical shift in India’s policy towards Pakistan. Sources within the government have told NewsX that the NSA level talks in Bangkok was an attempt to open a direct line to the Pak Army. India has sought a demonstrable action against terror. The key Bangkok meet has set tone for Sushma Swaraj's visit. But the opposition isn't convinced as they claim that that the NSA level meet between the two countries is a big climb-down and a capitulation. Congress has sought government's explanation in the Parliament.
