The ED has given a notice to the Himachal CM in the prevention of Money Laundering Case that they had registered earlier. The predicate offence for the PMLA Case is a CBI Investigation against the Himachal Pradesh CM for allegedly amassing Disproportionate Assets during his tenure as a Union Minister in the UPA-2 government.
