Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan TCA Raghavan was insulted by Pakistan. The Elite Sindh Club in Port City Karachi refused to host Indian High Commissioner. The club said no to hosting Raghavan without giving any reason and even after he had arrived in Karachi to attend the event. This despite the face that India followed protocol and has hosted Pak High Commissioner Abdul Basit and his wife in Bengaluru.
