The Jammu and Kashmir assembly was adjourned for an hour on Monday following ruckus by the opposition over relief to flood victims.

Immediately after the day's proceedings started, legislators of opposition National Conference and the Congress stood on their seats shouting slogans against the government, alleging it had failed in providing relief to families hit by the September 2015 floods.
