A day after Maharshtra police arrested a man allegedly having links with rightwing outfit 'Sanatan Sanstha' in the murder of former Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Govind Pansare, Sangli police on Thursday detained four more persons. On Wednesday, Sameer Gaikwad, in his early 30s, was arrested from Sangli in a joint operation by Kolhapur and local police, based on leads obtained through electronic surveillance.
