Liquor politics has taken the state of Tamil Nadu by a storm with the opposition uniting against the AIADMK government seeking complete prohibition. The DMK chief Karunanidhi has dared the Jaya administration to ban liquor or face protests. Not only that, the DMK has threatened to call a statewide bandh on 10th of august to urge the state government ban liquor in the state.
