In some trouble for the Congress party, a company whose name figured in the Goa bribery scam has now come under scanner for a Mumbai monorail contract. The company, Louis Berger, has come under scanner as a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mumbai legislator, Atul Bhatkhalkar, has written to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis alleging irregularities.
