The ongoing conflict between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Centre has resulted in two major court cases. Both of the cases will be heard on May 29 and both are based on a notification issued by the union government that greatly reduced Kejriwal’s powers.
The Supreme Court will hear an appeal by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) against the Delhi High Court order that termed as “suspect” a Centre’s notification, barring the Anti-corruption Branch (ACB) of Delhi government from acting against its officials.
