In a shocking development, MHA sources have told NewsX that the Ministry may not deny passport to Pak agent Syed Ali Shah Geelani on humanitarian grounds. Remember, yesterday, PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti had demanded passport for Geelani, asking the Narendra Modi government to clear his passport, within 214 hours, sources have told NewsX that government has buckled under pressure and the Ministry will not deny passport for the separatist leader. So, Geelani who openly talks about sedition, waves Pak flags in Kashmir and insults India's braves regularly, will get an Indian passport to go abroad. The Congress has attacked the govt, for putting politics above appeasement.
