In a major setback to AAP leader Kumar Vishwas, the Delhi High Court on Friday, May 15, refused to stay the summons issued to him by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) in the case of an alleged affair. The Delhi High Court refused to entertain Vishwas's petition. As a result of this order, he will have to be present before the commission. On Monday, May 4, DCW had summoned, Kumar Vishwas over a complaint of him having an illicit relationship with a party volunteer of the Aam Aadmi Party.
