The NIA, which is investigating the Burdwan blast case involving Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JuMB) terrorists, will submit its chargesheet on March 31 against 28 accused under several Sections of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
Among the 28 charged with offences including sedition and treason, the NIA has already arrested 16, while 12 are still at large. Among the absconders, majority are JuMB operatives hailing from Bangladesh.
