Upset with party MP Mukul Roy skipping the meeting, Trinamool Congress chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday clipped his wings and announced new office bearers.
TMC MP Subrata Bakshi has been appointed All-India additional General Secretary, MP Dinesh Trivedi is All India Vice President and three All-India Secretaries are Derek O'Brien, Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar and Firhad Hakim.
