AAP leader Manish Sisodia, who is all set to become Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, on Thursday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi was "positive" about a single authority running Delhi rather than multiple authorities like MCD, NDMC, central government and state government ruling it in bits and parts.Earlier in the day, Delhi's chief minister designate Arvind Kejriwal accompanied by Sisodia met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence.
