Senior Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Praveen Togadia has been issued a notice on Tuesday by the Bengaluru police prohibiting his entry into the city.
Earlier, Togadia was expected to take part in a VHP convention called the 'Hindu Viraat Samavesha' on February 8.
