Seven Navy officers including the Commanding Officer were found guilty in INS Sindhuratna fire case that left two officers dead in February 2014. The Chief of Naval Staff on Friday issued letters of severe displeasure to six officers for acts of omission and commission while the commanding officer was court martialled. The officers were found guilty of negligence that led to tragedy.
