The Congress sprang a surprise announcing its first list of 24 candidates much in advance. Over a week after it came out with the first list repeating all its eight sitting MLAs, including Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely, the party seems to be having a rethink on fielding Lovely.
