Unidentified youth seen waving ISIS flags in Srinagar have no knowledge about the group and wave the "black color flags just for fun", a top Jammu & Kashmir police officer said on Monday.

Kashmir range inspector general Abdul Gani Mir dismissed the issue saying there was no threat of youth joining the ISIS or any other foreign group of its kind
