CBI vs CBI, Moin Qureshi: The FIR naming Asthana was filed on October 15. The CBI has booked Asthana and Deputy Superintendent of Police Devender Kumar in its FIR. The complainant has alleged that he agreed to pay Rs 5 crore as bribe to Asthana through a Dubai-based middleman in lieu of getting a “clean chit” in the probe in Moin Qureshi’s case.
