आधार की अनिवार्यता पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच जजों वाली संवैधानिक पीठ ने अपना फैसला सुनाना शुरू कर दिया है जिसमें कई महत्वपूर्ण बाते कही गई हैं. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने मोबाइल और बैंक से आधार लिंक करना अनिवार्य नहीं है. साथ में कोर्ट ने कहा, स्कूल में एडमिशन के लिए भी कोर्ट ने आधार को अनिवार्य
The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday pronounced a historic judgment related to the constitutional validity of Aadhaar and whether it should be made compulsory or not. Justice Chandrachud said that Aadhaar violates the right to privacy, but it is necessary to ensure rights of the marginalised. Now, the Aadhaar is not mandatory for UGC, NEET and CBSE examinations. Justice AK Sikri said that it's better to be unique than best. “The Aadhaar has become the most talked expression in recent years. He further added that it is better to be unique than the best,” said Justice AK Skiri.
