It is a crucial court hearing for the Congress party on Friday. The Delhi High Court will be hearing petitions by Indian National Congress party President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi were summoned in June after BJP leader Subramanian Swamy filed a complaint accusing them of cheating and misappropriation of funds in acquiring ownership of now-defunct daily National Herald.
