THE CBI has registered preliminary enquiries ( PE) against Adani group in the alleged cases of over- valuation of capital equipment imports from UAE. This move came after the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai, forwarded a complaint to the CBI alleging the involvement of public servants.
