A special CBI court (Ayodhya matter) here today has issued Non-bailable Warrant(NBW) against BJP MPs Sakshi Maharaj and Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and four others in the Babri mosque demolition case.

In all, NBWs were issued against 6 people while 4 others are -- Amarnath Goyal, Jai Bahadur Goyal, Ramchandra Khatri and Pawan Pandey (ex MLA), sources here said.

Special CBI Court (Ayodhya matter) Chandramauli Tiwari issued the NBW when these accused did not turn up in the court for the past two years.

The case number 162/92 of Demolition is under trial against 22 accused including the 2 BJP MP's in the CBI special court in Lucknow.

The case was against 42 people but now several accused have died and now only 22 are left.

A separate case is under trial against 7 others in the Rai Bareli special court where the court had recorded the statements of the witnesses
