Slamming the Congress Party, Jaitley said that Congress President Sonia Gandhi has no defence in the National Herald Case!

Arun jaitley hit out at the centre at the Congress claiming that the final discretion for the post of the leader of opposition is with the speaker. The Finance Minister said that it is not the government for the public that has denied Congress the riot to be the leader of opposition. Jaitley also dismissed talks of Congress moving to the court saying that choosing the LoP speaker final call.
