Prime Minister Narendra Modi, himself a first time MP, will inaugurate a two-day training session for the 161 BJP lawmakers who have made their maiden entry into the Lok Sabha.
The session- to be held at a hotel in Surajkund, Haryana on Saturday and Sunday, will be addressed by the BJP brass.
"The MPs will be educated about the issues of good governance in their constituencies, posing questions in the Lok Sabha, as well as their rights, duties and responsibilities," a senior party leader said. "The MPs have already been told not to rent out their official accommodation," the leader said.
