Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Mauritius Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam arrived here on Monday to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi as India's Prime Minister.
Rajapakasa is among the six SAARC heads of state invited for the swearing-in which will be attended by nearly 4000 guests in the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan this evening
