Advani, who is keen to contest from Bhopal this time, is said to be upset over the delay in announcement of his candidature.

Reports suggest that Advani does not want to contest again from Gandhinagar. He has been representing Gandhinagar in Lok Sabha since 1998-99. BJP's Madhya Pradesh Election Committee wants Advani to contest from Bhopal.
