Trinamool Congress Chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday kickstarted her election campaign in the national capital but failed to draw crowd in the absence social activist Anna Hazare.

No reason was given for the absence of Hazare, who arrived in Delhi only last night ostensibly to attend the rally, but sources said he was unwell.
