The Centre will on Monday make its stand clear before the Supreme Court on disputes arising out of the issue of invoking anti-piracy law against two Italian marines accused of killing two Indian fishermen off Kerala coast in 2012.
A bench headed by Justice B S Chauhanhad on Feb 18 asked the government to respond by today.
Attorney General G E Vahanvati is likely to appraise the court with the Law Ministry's opinion on the matter.
