AAP founder member and former diplomat Madhu Bhaduri handed over her resignation after fallout with the senior leaders of the party. Bhaduri wanted the party's national council, which met in the capital on Saturday, to adopt a resolution condemning the Khirki Extension incident in which law minister Somnath Bharti allegedly forced Ugandan women to undergo narcotic tests in the intervening night of January 15 and 16.
